Invite a colleague

A new account gets a temporary password, shown once. They change it and set up MFA at first sign-in. An existing account is added as it is.

Add customer administrator

Enter their email. They will set a new password and configure MFA at first sign-in.

Add staff user

Staff have no organization membership. A new account gets a temporary password, shown once. Exception approvers still enroll their signing key separately.

Waiting for approval

Your approval key is not set up in the signer yet, so you can read these requests but not approve them. Ask CLUSA operations to add it.

How it works
  1. A customer's box needs approval: its software was installed again, its hardware check failed, its board was replaced or its clock is wrong.
  2. The first approver reads the summary, enters the reason and clicks Approve. For a first activation they can also limit the license to fewer months. A reinstall keeps the current rights, unless CLUSA staff set new terms for it.
  3. A second, different approver reads the same summary and clicks Approve. The customer then clicks Issue.

Two exception approvers must first sign the same reassignment body.

Create license

Test license. It is issued by the demo signer and only for the isolated demo.

Features

Extend license

Each date extends from the later of its current date and today. 0 leaves that date unchanged. Each box gets its own renewal, and the customer clicks Renew.

Set update-right cap

The effective cutoff is the earlier of the signed license date and this commercial cap. Leave the date empty to lift the cap.
